Findalaran’s Journal: Homecoming

   The songs of Tarros will lead me home, and I count on the journey being shorter than when we made our way here. But the journey will still be long, and traveling swiftly will require great focus. My mission cannot wait, though, and so I ended my seclusion earlier than I would have preferred. The sooner I return to Tarros, the sooner I can return with assistance to stop the Alfath, and the sooner we may all return home. Continue reading

Forgotten Records

   The brittle pages lay within a small chest: tucked away in a nook of a cave buried under rock and snow.  The entry starts and ends with a flowing, handwritten script in an unknown language — apparent notes about the printed text entries that make up most of the pages. Continue reading

Findalaran’s Journal: The Mission

   The journey has been far longer than any of us anticipated, and it is a worry that the Alfath show no signs of slowing. They should not have been able to last this long on their broken magics. There is some concern amongst my people that our magics will be depleted before the Alfath finally settle, but none waver in our commitment. Now, away from Tarros, I feel more keenly the burden of command. Ninety-eight souls look to me for direction. Ninety-eight souls entrusted to my leadership. Ninety-eight souls — my brothers and sisters in spirit and honor — sworn to follow me to doom and glory. Continue reading
